All items purchased are final sale.  We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. If there is a defect in your order, please email: info@pledgerofhope.org with your order information and photos of the defect.

Shipping is currently only available to the continental United States.   The processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
